This initiative gives disadvanted students in our urban public, charter and magnet schools their own mobile learning device connected with an aircard and managed Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) software.

It is our earnest desire that, through O2P, our young people will develop the skills and self reliance to develop and fully realize their potential.
